Rates

 

When using the services of a Virtual Assistant, you are actually saving money.  Consider the real costs of an employee.  Hidden costs would include E.I., C.P.P., W.S.I.B., Vacation pay, Statutory Holiday pay, paid sick days and Benefit Plans, for example.  A Virtual Assistant is paid by the hour for work carried out only when required.

 

Administrative Support $35.00/hour
Desktop Publishing $35.00/hour
Database Management $35.00/hour

Bookkeeping  

$35.00/hour

Transcribing  

$75.00/hour (1 transcription hour is equal to 3 workable hours)

Quality Management    

$50.00/hour

We also offer a general document list with standard pricing for letters, faxes, photocopies, etc.

 

Mailing Labels $0.40 each
Faxes   $1.50 for the first page and $0.50 for any additional pages

Copies

$0.08 each for black and $0.49 each for colour

                              

 

Prices do not include GST/PST where applicable.

 

Expenses such as postage, courier, photocopying, printing, diskettes, CDs, mileage (0.35/km), travel expenses, long distance charges for phone and fax, personal software and any other direct costs that pertain to work on your behalf will be charged at the actual cost.

All charges are based on an hourly basis and in 5 minute increments.  Invoices are generated at the completion of the project.

 

Retainer Plans

 

Our retainer plans ensure dedicated and prompt service and offer discounts off the standard hourly rate:

 

Basic Plan  10 hours per month @ 5% discount
Silver Plan 20 hours per month @ 8% discount
Gold Plan                     30 hours per month @ 12% discount
Platinum Plan                40 hours per month @ 15% discount
Diamond Plan               60 hours per month @ 20% discount

    

Invoices involving retainer accounts are sent out on the 2nd of each month and due by the last day of the current month in order for work to continue.  Unused retainer fees are non-refundable.

 

Rush, holiday and weekend service: 20% surcharge.

 

Terms and Conditions

 

  • A signed contract outlining the client’s requirements will be required prior to starting work.
  • 50% of the estimated total cost is required as a deposit against projects for new clients and projects over $250.00 prior to the commencement of work.
  • The deposit is non-refundable should a project be cancelled by the client after work has commenced by TMK Virtual Services.
  • Our invoices are all payable on receipt and bear interest on their unpaid amount at the rate of 18% per annum compounded annually.
  • Monthly retainer fees are due on the last day of each month.
  • Payments can be made by cash, cheque or money order.
  • Rates are in Canadian Funds.
  • NSF Cheques will be charged a service fee of $40.00.
  • If a client account is placed for collection, the client agrees to pay all collection agency an administrative costs incurred by TMK Virtual Services.
  • Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client.
  • Minimum charge of 1 hour on small jobs.
  • Billing is charged in 5 minute intervals.
  • Our invoices and a detailed time sheet will be provided to our clients via e-mail or fax.
  • A per project quote will be provided based on the hourly rate and an estimate of the time and complexity to complete the project or task.
  • It is understood that all works created are the property of the client and that TMK Virtual Services has no claim whatsoever to the works created, now or in the future.

 

 

 

Referrals

 

Free hour of work – if your referral results in 2 or more hours of paid work.  Discount to be given upon receipt of payment from referral.
